How a latex coir mattress is made?

1. Raw Material Procurement:
   • Coir Fiber: Sourced from coconut husks, cleaned, and processed.
   • Natural Latex: Harvested from rubber trees and processed into a liquid or foam form.
2. Rubberizing Coir:
   • Coir is sprayed with liquid latex to create a rubberized coir layer.
   • This layer is dried in specialized ovens to bond the latex with the coir.
3. Layering:
   • The rubberized coir layers are stacked, often combined with pure latex layers for added comfort.
4. Molding and Pressing:
   • The layers are pressed and shaped into mattresses, ensuring the desired thickness and density.
5. Finishing:
   • The mattress is trimmed, covered with fabric (usually organic or breathable material), and prepared for packaging.
