• Choose a flat, stable surface (sand, soil, concrete, or deck)

• Ensure there is enough space for full canopy opening

• Avoid areas with underground pipes or cables

2. Select the Coir Parasol Base Type

Depending on location:

For beach / sand

• Deep ground embedding (60–80 cm)

• Concrete footing recommended for strong wind resistance

For garden / soil

• Steel ground spike or concrete base

For concrete / tile floor

• Heavy-duty parasol base (80–120 kg)

• Or bolt the pole directly to the concrete

3. Install the Coir Parasol Pole

• Insert the pole into the prepared hole or base

• Use a spirit level to keep the pole perfectly vertical

• Fix firmly with concrete, bolts, or locking screws

• Allow concrete to cure for 24–48 hours if used

4. Attach the Coir Canopy

• Carefully lift the coir parasol canopy

• Align it with the pole top

• Secure with bolts, screws, or locking ring (depending on design)

• Ensure all connections are tight and stable

5. Adjust & Secure

• Open the parasol fully

• Check balance and symmetry

• Tighten all joints and fasteners

• For windy areas, add support ropes or wind anchors

6. Final Safety Check of Coir Parasol

• Shake lightly to test stability

• Ensure no loose fibers or sharp edges

• Confirm parasol does not tilt or wobble
