Materials preparation :

1. Raw coconut fiber
2. Wooden or metal frame (for support during weaving)

COIR FIBER SHADE SAIL PRODUCTION STEPS: 

1. COIR YARN TWISTING:

   Coconut fiber will be put into the machine and will be twisted to make the coir yarn.

   

2. WEAVING INTO A NET : The coir yarn will be tied in weaving the coir yarn horizontally across the frame, passing the yarn over and under the vertical strands of the frame. Use a shuttle to make this process easier.

   

3. SECURE THE END:

   

   When you reach the desired size of your shade sail, secure the ends of the coir yarn by tying knots or tucking them securely into the weave.

4. INSTALL ANCHOR (EYELETS):

   

   Attach D-rings or Anchor to the corners of the shade sail. Ensure these attachment points are securely integrated into the weave for strength. and exposure to weather conditions. Regular maintenance and occasional re-tightening may be necessary to keep the shade sail in good condition.
